I like my TT one inch lower in the front. But that is just me. If the back of your TT is higher then the front, it may sway. Go on the internet for your manual to your hitch.
Ford says to adjust any weight distributing system to return the front measurement to 1/2" higher than an uncoupled truck. This is because the weight distribution is inherently heavier toward the rear axle when loaded and the truck is engineered for that.
