The problem you are going to have is that it isn't a standard twin size (39x74). So you will have to go with a custom or RV size which limits your selection.
You could try some of the mattresses on Amazon that come in the 30x74 size:

Some are inexpensive and just about any foam mattress will be an improvement over the paper thin ones that come standard.
