Stuff happens (or doesn't)in the factory. If what you describe wasn't right from the factory, seems like the dealer should have caught it before you drove off the lot. We bought our 27DSRL (display unit at a GS Rally). We found 2 minor problems in PDI/orientation that were remedied before we drove away. In the year and a half since our purchase, the only things I've had to do was touch up sealant around the ladder mount on the roof, and reseal the shower enclosure. Think Jayco's build quality is no better/worse than any other slam, bam, thank you ma'am assembly method, but one would think the industry as a whole would benefit from producing units that didn't require final assembly or rebuild at the dealer.
