Dealers pack the campers with all of their promotional signs, rigging, and equipment for these large RV shows - essentially they use them as you would a pickup bed. Kinda hard to pin it on Jayco at this point.
An improperly working slide has little to do with boxes of brochures.
Sounds like it was out of adjustment from the factory and the dealer never took the time to inspect it.
Question. Do dealers get reimbursed for repairs prior to selling a unit? If they don't then that would explain why some units are in the shape they are.
