I was actually wondering the same thing. If the ink was dry on the contract after it was discovered - it was a done deal. They are supposed to be the professionals (and should have ck'd it thoroughly prior to sealing the deal). If not.. it was or should have been THEIR HEADACHE.

I sure hope the O.P. is paying attention here...he sounds like an honest man trying to warn us of the hazards of "neglecting" one's roof. But what if he's just getting getting the after-the-deal Royal Runaround from the folks that he inked a contract on a new rig with?
