Its true some Jayco, KZ and others had a problem with rigs built 2005 to 2007. The supplier of the roofing (TPO) manufactured it with the felt too wide. The material was to not have felt on the sides where it wrapped over and behind the gutters. I had the roof go and one wall delam on my KZ Durango (2007) and it was replaced at no cost to me in 2011. All depends on the dealer/factory relationship. Factory admitted they made a mistake in caulking bottom od gutter for a cleaner look. The TPO manufacturer paid 60% and factory ate the rest. It happens....all depends how its dealt with. As such we bought another KZ rig.
