One plus for the OR is the synthetic underlayment in the walls....however to me one negative is their use of the BAL cable slides. This system is know to have isssues and has since it came out in the early 90's. Some never have problems while other its a constant issue. Its used for weight decrease but IMHO I would rather have a ram actuated slide with a flush floor. We toured several plants in Indiana including OR and Jayco and to me Jayco is built better where you can't see. JMHO though
