Not trying to turn this into a weight police thread but John is correct about the tongue weight. My 32BHDS is very similar to the model you are looking at and shares the EXACT same 'published' tongue weight on Jayco's website of 840#.
My trailer hit the scale at 1350# on the jack, lightly loaded. I just want you to be aware that the numbers published are VERY conservative.
Point is, I have a 2500HD and still had handling issues. These are huge trailers!
