WE had an OR for about 3 years....the customer service and ease of getting warranty items addressed was just wonderful....overall I think it was about as well made as the rest....
A note on the cable slides, I like them. They are easy to work on and adjust....just take a little learning about how to deal with them...I would actually consider the cable slide system as a plus...
