The 306RKDS shows a 'dry' hitch weight of 1,025#. My guess is you'll be around 1500# on the tongue when it's all said and done. As I said earlier, Jayco is conservative on their postings. My tongue weight is more than 500# over the website number, loaded lightly.
Not sure what model F150 you have but looking at Fords website the 4x4 crew cab only has 1599# payload with the 3.5L.
Sounds like you're determined to go big but I believe you'll be a good bit over loaded for your trucks payload.
