We have only bought used - never new - so the previous owners of our trailers were the ones that had to deal with the warranty issues (if there were any). We have a very capable local RV dealer/service place that we use for any maintenance that we cannot or don't want to perform ourselves. Our first was a Jayco, and our present TT is a Keystone Outback. Quality wise, I think they are pretty comparable - a good value, but definitely not "top shelf". We looked at a used Artic Fox when we were shopping for our present trailer, and while it appeared to be a nicely made unit, it was much heavier than other trailers in the same size range.

Bottom line, I guess, is how what kind of tow vehicle you have, and how you are going to use the unit. If you are a weekend warrior, you probably don't need as heavy duty trailer as a full timer ...
