Thank you for the continued responses and feedback. The red light is on when switched to the left side "air" and to the right side "cable". It is off when switched to the middle in the off position. So, it seems the booster is working. All the connections are tight on the television and behind the wall socket plate. I do not see any damaged connections/wires behind the wall socket plate.
My TT is a 2012 and this is the first time I have used park cable. I am currently camping at Santee Lakes in Santee Ca. The park cable provides 27 channels (2-28). Like I mentioned in my original post, if I run the coaxial cable straight from the park cable box to my television, the picture is clear. However, it's not convenient running the cable through my window to do so.
Is there any chance that my wall socket switch is defective and not turning off the booster or switching completely over from "air" to "cable" ?
