Thank you handye9 and SailingOn for your useful feedback. I will look at the Jensen manual and see if one of the coaxial cables could be incorrectly connected. If all else fails, I may bypass the switch and booster. I'm not going to pay an RV technician $100 to $125 an hour to possibly make no difference or make matters worse. I don't mind doing repairs that I'm capable of myself. I may have a challenge if I need any replacement parts from Jensen, as it appears the Jensen Omni antenna has been discontinued and is no longer available. Kind of wish I had a Winegard antenna!
