Not sure yet. It's pretty cold here....about -20*C which is about -5*F. The truck was really cold, in fact it cranked slow enough I wasn't sure it was going to start, but it did.

Then, when I took it on the highway, it was only getting about 13 mpg at 70 mph. Mind you all the fluids were cold because I didn't idle it much and the highway is only 2 miles from the dealership. That's not great, and that's with the 3.73 gears, the 4.10 would be slightly less (worse). I like the interior though, wow was it nice. Even has heated rear seats. That's important here 5 months of the year.

I might stick to my guns and order a truck with 4.10s. There's not much of a mpg penalty, and it increases the tow rating from 12,xxx to 15,xxx, and the GCWR goes from 19,500 for the 3.73 to 22,500# for the 4.10.

I am pulling about 12,000#, so with the 3.73s I'd be close to maxed out.
