Very few 3500 SRW 5.9L Cummins trucks around with under 200,000 Km (120,000 miles).

I don't think your asking price for your existing truck is out of line. Not sure if you saw my post a couple of weeks ago, but I have been looking at 2 2007 Rams that are both listed for $39,995; granted they are both Laramie duallies with just over 100k but I have been looking around a lot lately and the late 5.9L trucks demand top dollar. IIRC you bought your truck at auction a few years ago for close to that money so that is pretty cheap ownership!

My wife likes the new (2010 and up) truck much better and they can be had for not much more money than the late 5.9L's so I suspect that's the way we will go. Definitely can't afford new at this point.
