There's plenty of photos of them loaded heavy with very little sag on the web.
The red megacab in this article has a huge load of wood, and the white crew cab one has a pallet of cinder blocks. Both are 2500s so both have coils.

Ib, those trucks are 2013's. The 2500's would have had leaf springs.
