Curious if you ran your truck across the scales or not. My 2010 3500 SRW weighs 8,448 lbs with me, the wife, two girls (100 lbs total for the girls), full load of diesel and the fifth wheel hitch in the back. That leaves me a whopping 1,652 lbs of payload left for the pin weight.
Yes I have. It's right around 7300#. I have weighed it when it's fully loaded and hitched up to the 5er. I was at 10,098# on the 10,100# GVWR (scale was in Kg so I had to convert) :E...but I was well under both GAWRs and my GCWR as well. But yes it's close when hitched and loaded with people and stuff and the RV is hitched and loaded.
Don't you have a TIRE AND LOADING INFORMATION sticker on the driver's door post?
