While some of the fault for poor construction can certainly be put on the workers I believe that most of the blame goes to management. Who is training and supervising these workers? Who sets the pace on the assembly line? It is certainly management. Management is responsible for the design, the materials and ultimately, the quality of the finished product. Being from Indiana I know these workers are neither over paid nor under worked. As we all know, you get what you pay for and, obviously, management is not willing to pay for and retain a better caliber of work force. Until they do nothing will change.
