I get that people want a perfect product when they spend their money.
And if there are things that are seriously wrong, it needs to be fixed. That is what the warranties are for.
But for the minor things that go wrong or didn't get done, I don't lose a lot of sleep, and I don't think about going back to the dealer (100 miles away...I'll never do that again!). But I just fix those small things by myself. Then I know they are done right and I understand how it works. Nothing is perfect, and since I have an entry level ($15K) travel trailer, I am very please by the overall quality. It allows my wife and me to get out camping, and it gives me something to work on (Mods, maintenance and small fixes) when we're not.
