I think a lot of issues could be solved by Engineering for success.
Up front engineering, material selection, jigs, templates and training would solve a lot of issues.
My new TT was lacking blocking for shower doors, factory sent plans showing where blocking should have been, was not there, easily fixed with templates.
Materials, my frame was rusted when I got it, due to being hauled in winter from factory. Better paint on frame seems like inexpensive solution to rusting! Also could have been sprayed with a wax sealant knowing that salt would be on roads during winter build and ship months!
Also my fresh water tank was not secured in any way, slid around until it developed cracks. A couple of foam blocks would have prevented this costly repair!
