And not at all trying to pick on the OP here, but my "personal" take on these issues is that most of the problems with these trailers can be solved by the owner, in his own driveway, in less time than it takes to drag it back to the dealer.
I guess I just love to play with hand and power tools too much ! .... but truthfully, I enjoy tinkering with this trailer, a whole lot more than I would enjoy taking it back to a dealer that may, or may not, do a good job of repairing.
I know.... I'm odd man out here.....
