The point of completing a thorough is to find any issues and bring them to the attention of the dealer before you get home.
Sure you can assume all is well and find out later that a drawer is working or an outlet doesn't work. Pretending the unit is OK and avoiding a thorough PDI
is just kicking the can down the road. In time you will discover the problems and spend a few hours towing and waiting before things are fixed. I'm merely
suggesting do a thorough PDI before you leave the lot.
Those rose colored lenses are not going to make one bit of difference but a thorough PDI done by the buyer will ensure all is well.
After my first purchase I realized there was not enough quality control in the RV industry.
I know I cannot single handedly reform the building practices of the entire industry.
However I can inspect my own unit and make sure it is satisfactory before pulling off the lot.
