Those are some rather absolute statements. I think it may be possible to build a wooden framed trailer that doesn't leak. I'd also think that an all metal and fiberglass trailer may suffer mold or damage if leaks occur and conditions are right.
The issues with construction and installation of fixtures is where the center of most complaints lie in this thread.
