If only it were that simple cut and dry.
There are lots of old trailers around that are wood construction.
Wood is stronger and is a better insulator.
Fiberglass can delaminate and metal can oxidize.
If not maintained they may both leak and have issues. It is not a s simple as wood vs. metal
