Is that Tigard, Oregon? Lived there for a couple years. Came from Beaverton over near Progress.
If the fan runs the only thing left is the high temperature cutout. Try turning the unit off, let it sit for awhile and then turn it back on. Most high temperature cut outs are a bi-metal device that flexes when over heated and will reset.
Get the make and model of your heater and post for better responses.
