You need to double check your propane valves. The two blower vents under the dinette are from the propane fired furnace, which by the way uses 12 volts. Your propane must have actually been turned on.
The other two vents, at least on my 990, are not powered and are just to allow heat access to the basement area to keep the tanks from freezing.
