Just bought a Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel 6.7 and I'm confused

Ok, I did have a 03 F250 6.0. It had a tow/haul button. I now have the Ram 2500 Diesel 6.7. I now have a tow/haul button, a diesel exaust brake button, and a "+/-" button that is on the steering colum...

thanks for all the help. I realize that I'm going to have to play with it to actually learn the best way to use these functions. I just wanted some "real world" experiences that could help guide me a little. I didn't mean to start a fight over reading the owner's manual. I did read it, but it really didn't do me any good.
