Read up on how to set up the WDH properly. What is your tongue weight? An empty toy hauler will have a more tongue weight unloaded than a standard travel trailer. That might be part of your problem. Also make sure you have enough tongue weight. Setting your toy too far back might mean too little tongue weight and can cause sway issues. Does your WDH have sway control? Are your tires aired up to max?
So many variables, too little info.
Your payload includes a 150lb driver and a full tank of gas. All other aftermarket goodies, passengers, kids, dogs, car seats, hitch, cooler, blocking, etc... takes up payload. With 2 kids(3/6) a wife, and a 18lb dog, and everything that comes with them plus my 240lbs and a few accessories eats up about 700lbs of payload. Get as much of the gear in the trailer as possible.
