I've been in your shoes with an F150 and a toy hauler. I tried to make it work. Finally, a trip through the Columbia River Gorge convinced me that, regardless of mods, I needed a bigger truck. I just would warn you against making the same mistake I did. Save yourself some money and decide now whether you want to keep the truck before you invest in new tires, suspension, receiver, WD hitch, etc... You won't get any of that money back on a trade in.
I can't see your pictures on this device, but from the sound of it your toy hauler is smaller than mine, so you may get it to work for you. Many do. Good luck with whatever you choose. It sounds like you may have already made up your mind in the title of the thread and just need to justify it.
