Well just a little update.. Ended up finding a 2000 Excursion with 84k miles on the V10... Got a few things to do to it before we start dragging the camper though. I did just buy this controller for it

Going to put all new brakes and steering components on it just to be safe. Also might look into a set of airbags. It should pull the camper just fine
