From this one bit of info it sounds like you are fine, typical curb weight of a regular length Expy is around 5750lbs, pluss people and stuff. Subtract that from 11660, means your trailer was probably around 5500, GCWR (maximum the Expy and trailer can weigh together) is 15,000 for the Expedition with tow package, so you are well under that, but that is not where people run into trouble If you want more details, we will need more details to really give you a better idea.
Most important number for 1/2 ton SUV is your available payload. There is a sticker on the driver's door sill that will say "Maximum weight of all passengers and cargo not to exceed XXXX" That is the available payload for YOUR Expedition as equipped from the factory. All people, stuff, and tongue weigh should be under this. For 1/2 ton SUV, if you are under this, everything else will be fine.
Edit, something is not right with the scale numbers, There is NO WAY your rear axle was 6600lbs, and the trailer axles only 2000lbs. 6600lbs is almost 2400lbs over the rear GAWR (4250) and would flatten the suspension of the Expy. Is your trailer a spread axle type? Almost sounds like one trailer axle got added to the rear axle of the Expy! Might have been on the same pad with the rear trailer axle on the trailer pad. Remember, those pads are spaced for Big Rigs
