I suspect you had the front axle of the TT on the same pad as the rear axle of the Expy. You'll have to re-weigh. If you have the time for 3 passes, that would be great!
GCW is under your GCWR if you have the HD towing package. 3020 pounds on your front axle seems light. I suspect you need more weight distribution.
