Just when did the 1st crew cabs come out ?
I didn't think they were around back in 1964, thought it was more like the 1980's. Anyway here's a nice short story of a retro D200 Super charged 5.7 Hemi to boot.

According to Wikipedia, Dodge introduced the crew cab in 1963, Ford in 65 and GM in 73.
