Just when did the 1st crew cabs come out ?
I didn't think they were around back in 1964, thought it was more like the 1980's. Anyway here's a nice short story of a retro D200 Super charged 5.7 Hemi to boot.

For Dodge, 1963 for sure. Ford, I can verify '69. Would like to see a photo of a '65-'66 Ford crew cab. Definitely '73 for GM.
