Just when did the 1st crew cabs come out ?
I didn't think they were around back in 1964, thought it was more like the 1980's. Anyway here's a nice short story of a retro D200 Super charged 5.7 Hemi to boot.

There is a 1950s Chevrolet Apache truck in Atlanta, crew cab and dually, that looks stock. I REALLY doubt that it is, but what a gorgeous truck.
