Just when did the 1st crew cabs come out ?
I didn't think they were around back in 1964, thought it was more like the 1980's. Anyway here's a nice short story of a retro D200 Super charged 5.7 Hemi to boot.

Not sure if anybody is reading the link, but this is the truck with a 2500 Ram power train.... plus the super charger.
I bought a 1981 GMC dually 3+3 ( never did understand that 3 thing) new back in well 1981 and they seemed fairly new for the southern Cali area. I never saw a D200 crew cab to this day, or any other brand prior to 1980. Guess I missed the military and forestry era's. Well that and maybe they didn't sell to well in LA area. I still remember the 7MPG and twin saddle tanks in that girl :E
Owned it 20 years though but she started getting expensive. Thanks for the photo's guys.
