Just when did the 1st crew cabs come out ?

They were out well before the 80's. 64 may be as early as they come. I've been in some 70's GM's, had a 77 at a place i worked years ago, same with some late 70's dodge models.

One really did not start to see them until the 80's as far as popularity comes. Now you hardly see a reg cab, most are crew or ext cabs.
