No brainer. EFI is much more precise and can tailor its delivery according to the needs of each individual cylinder at different air temperatures and densities. A carburetor is just a dumb system that only reacts to manifold pressure and has to use a restricting venturi to dump bunch of fuel in at a single point way upstream of the cylinder. It can't compensate for temperature and has to be re jetted for density changes. Carburetors have done really well when it just comes to just producing power in normally aspirated engines considering they are an over century old technology, but there are reasons why every racing formula in the world runs FI and it isn't because it makes less power. NASCAR and drag racing are finally entering the 80's when it comes to fuel systems.
