My DH wants to know how you get in your vehicle if it is locked when the battery dies when you have no key to open the door??

Are you meaning if the remote battery is dead? The Ford has a keypad and GM has OnStar. Ram .... I guess you use a coat hanger. If the vehicle battery is stone dead I don't know what you'd do .... either smash the windshield or find a car thief with a Slim Jim.
