For 15 years I comped in below zero temps in our sun-Lite slide in camper. We simply carried water in the truck where it stayed warm while moving, then put it on the counter by sink when camped. 27,000 BTu furnace kept it above freezing. Thus no worry bout freezing pump or lines. Some Rv antifreeze in drain trap sealed the deal.
The main challenge was keeping power all night for furnace and a group 30 battery fixed that.
Our shakedown in the new Jayco x213 was near Creede co (clear creek falls) at a balmy +15 degrees. No worries with water in a 5 ga camp jug in the bath tub.
If I decide to use the water system in cold weather it will be after my eyes stare at everything. Trusting the factory or a dealer is above my pay grade.
