Keystone Bullet 243BHS

I'm looking at a used 2019 Keystone Bullet 243BHS. Anyone on here have a similar unit? The owner told me the floor was replaced by Keystone and upon researching, that seems to be an issue with this model. Floor felt solid; did not feel any soft spots near the door etc. Also said the water heater was recalled and replaced.

Let me know the good, bad & ugly about this model! Anything in particular I should look for? All appliance and TVs, etc are Furrion; I don't have any experience with that brand. Is the roof well built?
Several years ago, I had a 2002 Keystone Cougar and it was a nice TT. Never had a problem other than regular maintenance.
