We have a 2012 Wilderness that I purchased new in 2013. To date, we have spent over 90 nights in it. On our second trip we had a issue with the brakes. I called the dealer who called Heartland. In less than 5 minutes, someone from Heartland called me. They located a mobile service guy to come out and make the repair. We have had no other problems. I am not familiar with the Cougar so cannot comment on it. If you have specific questions, please feel free to send me a PM
