Keystone Cougar vs. Heartland Wilderness (Quality)

We are narrowing our search down on the trailer we want, and since I am new to the game I do not know much about long term quality of brands. We are looking at the Wilderness 2850bh and the Cougar Xli...

Thank you all for the input. I am aware of the payload concerns. I have max tow around 1800 and some change payload. Another reason I will probably go with Laredo instead of Cougar. Laredo tongue weight is couple hundred pounds less.
