If the problem was reported to CW within the warranty period, Keystone will be in a poor position should this matter end up in a courtroom. I've learned that there are very few instances when you are on the right side of things regarding laws where it won't work out to your benefit. A major hassle to be sure but run the course with as much composure as possible
