Keystone Customer Service Fail

So this went back to the dealer while still under warranty for this exact water leak? And it wasn't found until just recently! Sounds like you did everything right to get it fixed! If all this is accurate, At this point even though it is so far out of warranty Keystone should step up and fix it for you because it was brought to their attention while under warranty. It is very simple.

What kind of damage has been done in the meantime?
