All this back and forth is BS. It is tough to read that some people are actually taking the side of Keystone. If the facts are as written from the OP it is clear the door was installed upside down not allowing a weep hole to drain water. The blame lies clearly with Keystone and it is sad to see after the dealer agreed the installation was faulty and caused the water damage Keystone still will not provide a reasonable fix on a 8 month old trailer. It is all too often we read about Keystone complaints and the response seems to be overwhelmingly negative regarding their CS. This one takes it to a new level. Sure they may be able to squirm their way from a legal perspective out of liability but that is plain dishonest and unethical. Things happen and a warranty will not always apply but this case seems pretty black and white and Keystone is at fault.
