Not a direct answer to your first question but do have some observations on second set of questions. We had a 210RS and now have a 250RS. The floor plans are different than the 230RS but there are some similarities.
The build quality is probably about average. On both units, I did spend about three days fixing little things and adding things like TP holder and towel bars. The quality of materials is pretty cheap. If there are only two of you and you are careful you will be ok. I would hate to see an Outback after a couple years of hard use with a couple of kids.
The 210RS was a bit tight without a dining slide. That is why we upgraded to the 250RS.
We are both seniors but still pretty agile. The king bed is a plus but can require some acrobatics when getting in and out of. We dumped the horrible stock mattress for a Select Comfort. However, changing sheets is a real pain in the behind. The 230RS will be the same.
I'm a small person 5'6" 150# wife is bigger but not large. The bathroom on both RSs was/is tight but doable. I put a pleated shower curtain on the 250RS to minimize water spray from shower. A person of large size would be in trouble in the bathroom, but that is probably the same in similar units.
We do like the bunk setup in both the 210 and 250. We used the top for storage. We latched up the bottom bunk, added a baby gate and made the space a dog pen.
The single battery is not adequate for boondocking unless you replace all the incandescent lights with LEDs.
If you want to add satellite and/or DVD, you will have to build a shelf. The Jensen sound system is junk like all low end RVs.
The sofa is a torture rack suitable only for dogs or children.
