I've been in a Jayco Jay Flight 27BHS and they are a really really nice camper. Like it much better than the 26BHS it replaces.
As far as Keystone, that is a trailer brand I put on my bottom of the barrel list. I would not buy a Keystone.
I love my Jayco Jay Flight 26BH and would look at another if I needed. For the price, features, reliability, and warranty, I don't think anyone can beat them.
My vote is for the Jay Flight 27BHS. Now I have a truck that can tow that trailer, payload and tow rating wise. If I were in the market, the 27BHS and 26BH would be the 2 I'd consider.
