We bought a new 2011 Outback 298re. Had a couple of very minor problems. Had one somewhat major problem, one side of one axle was out of alignment, but was covered under warranty. What really impressed me was when we had a major problem with the dealer. He wanted to charge for warranty work. I reported this to Keystone and within 2 hours of sending the paperwork to them they had these yahoos straightened out, including a refund check and apology from the dealer. I would definitely buy another Keystone product (from a different dealer) and this would weigh heavily in my purchase decision.
