I can see myself using this once it warms up some.
I'm sure there is a crane or two around Texas that could have done the job.
This thing is in the middle of acres of trees and ponds surrounded by buildings and not a tire track to be found. I gave up trying to figure it out and just accepted it. And so there it is and stays.
